I deleted my old review to write a new one because something has definitely changed at this location. The quality of the bowls have really gone downhill. This is the fifth bowl in a row where the recipe just seems off. The use of ice is a big issue—it waters down the flavor and by the time I get home, the bowl is more like soup. Plus, the toppings sink to the bottom, which ruins the experience. It feels like they’re cutting corners to save money but still charging the same price.

Good except the lid wasn't on my ginger shot all the way, so by the time I got home I had half a ginger shot. The previous time I was at the same store, I was given a turmeric shot instead of a ginger shot, which I didn't notice until I got home.

Unfortunately, I was apparently given the wrong bowl. The label on the bowl showed the correct bowl but the contents were totally wrong. I ate it anyway because I still needed to have lunch. The bowl that I received had peanut butter in it which I do not care for. It is discouraging to pay so much for a product and to receive something I did not want. I took a photo showing the receipt on the bag and the incorrect bowl. I can send that photo of needed.

Service was a bit unwelcoming, but that wasn't the reason for this review. I got the banana berry burst smoothie and it was such a waste of $11, especially with no added boosters. I saw that they include a house-made cashew milk (which I love) but the smoothie's consistency was very watery and you could only taste the banana. Like, you see the berries, but where is the taste of them? :/
