My pickup order was ready on time, which I appreciated. The employee who handed me the order didn’t smile or seem friendly, so the interaction felt neutral rather than welcoming. After arriving home, I saw that the portion size in the bowl felt too small for the size of the container, and it appeared to include only one strawberry. The food level sat roughly 2 inches beneath the top of the bowl. This is the first time my order has been this underfilled and poorly assembled. Improving portion consistency and customer service would make the experience better. I’m unlikely to return.
My only issue is the customer service. Also one time it was not even 3:30pm, I’d say around 3:27 and I came to order (closing early 4pm) and they said they couldn’t make juice bc they had already cleaned the juicer. I thought it was a bad look on the company because of closing time is 4 and you’re turning customers away 30+ mins beforehand, you’re losing money and the potential of that customer returning to that particular location.
Our order ran late but we loved our bowl and smoothie!

I first visited one in California and was excited to find out there are several locations where I live. I have another smoothie bowl place I go to as well, but this one is also my top fav and I love ordering bowls here. So many great options and add ons that you can’t find anywhere else
Whoever was working today at the Eagle Rd location on Sun 2/22 at 4:30pm deserves a raise. This girl was SLAMMED and handled everything so well. She gave every customer 100% attention, was kind, apologized for delays, and communicated with anyone that came through the door. I believe she was working alone, but if there was someone in the back we didn’t see, it was a young girl with glasses.

This place is consistent. Their smoothies always taste so good. Their strawberry chia jam is very delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone. I’m never disappointed. I order on the app which saves time since they make from scratch. And you can modify your drinks and bowls.
It’s worth the money and the wait.
