I had been in before and thought I would try it again and order the same as before, an Orange Crush. First. The place wasn't busy, but my smoothie took at least 20+ minutes to get because the high-school girls working behind the counter could not focus on making anything and were deeply involved in discussing their school drauma. They made a bowl instead of a smoothie and then caught their mistake, and poured it into a cup. Then one of the girls took my completed order to the back room instead of handing me my smoothie. I moved to the other side of the bar in attempt to see what was going on with my drink and then another girl approached me and asked if she could help me. I explained that I had ordered one smoothie and then it was taken to the back room and I was a little confused because no one else had disappeared for several minutes with completed orders. Everything is made infront where everyone can see the process, not in the back room where their dirty dishes go. No one could tell me why my order disappeared. Then the girl that took it mysteriously to the back, walked back through the door and handed it to me. I reluctantly took one drink on my way out the door and tossed it in the first garage can I could find. It was so gross. They definitely did something to it despite me leaving a nice cash tip at the time i place my order. Stay away from this place. Something isn't right there.
The store has cameras. I hope the owner sees this review and takes a look at what is going on with customers drinks and what happened to mine on 1/1/2025 about 3:30 pm.

I love Nektar but this time my Oder was completely wrong. I ordered a peanut butter açai bowl and a greenie. I received a açai banana berry bowl and a toxin flush.

The girl that helped me was super friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. I ordered a protein smoothie bowl based on her recommendations and it was very good.
Quick, simple and easy. I was able to be in and out in less than a minute! And the customer service was great!
