It was average. First had to reach out to CS to have my account setup. Then ordered my first smoothie on the app while sitting in the parking lot. 45 min later it was ready despite telling the team I was on site. Not busy just no one at the store front for walk in business.

One of the bowls was a peanut butter bowl but didn’t have any peanut butter in it other bowl was great still our favorite place for smoothies and bowls

I love your smoothies, açaí bowls, & skip. However, my recent experience was subpar. I ordered skoop online & the site indicated the order will be ready at 1:51 pm. I arrived at 1:55 pm & ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order despite asking about it several times to different employees it’s status (looked like there was a shift change & it was a bit crazy in the back). Eventually I got my order & it was great. However, it was only after several people who have placed bowl & smoothie orders in store had received their order before I received mine. I just don’t understand why it took so long to scoop some ice cream & put strawberries on top when I had been waiting in store for over 20 minutes. The skoop was great but definitely not worth waiting nearly half an hour for since I placed my order online

Their smoothies and bowls are amazing. I haven’t tried the juices. I place my order ahead of time and it’s always ready when I get there. The staff are also always available and come right out when I arrive. Love this place!

I love Nékter! I’ve honestly gotten smoothie bowls from here more than I’ve gone out for ice cream this entire year, everything is delicious but still a sensible and healthy option when you’re craving something sweet. I’ve yet to have a bad experience here and I don’t think I will. The only thing I would personally change is their hours, I really wish the store was open just a half hour later on the weekdays so I could get something after my 6pm Orangetheory workouts! The store closes right when I get out of class and I don’t want to be that person to order something right at closing time. I still find plenty of other times to get it though!

Hi Janine! Thank you for being considerate of our employees! Feel free to come into the store before your class and order/ pay and just tell the staff to make your order later, that way all you have to do is walk in and grab it after your class! You can also download our app and schedule pickup for 7 and we will make sure to have it ready for after your class and it is no trouble! Thank you for being such a great customer!
