My acai bowls have been very inconsistent lately. Today I received one that was not blended well and had frozen instead of fresh strawberries. Theres frozen strawberries came with a very sweet syrup that made the bowl inedible almost.

I get smoothies 3-5 times a week and every fifth time or so the smoothie isn’t very good.
It might be worth retraining the team on consistency.
