Amending my review after an unfortunate experience where the customer service was not as expected. The owner kindly reached out after an incident with the staff at this location. I had called with a suggestion for the staff and they responded negatively. While there are still issues that could be fixed, I appreciate the owner taking my suggestion into account. The quality of the food is good and I hope I can continue to enjoy this place in the future after they iron out the kinks in packaging/customer service.

I was received with a friendly staff and prompt service, however, once I arrived to pick up my one-day detox, I was advised that the protein drink was not available. I was slightly frustrated at the situation wondering with I didn’t receive a notification prior to my arrival. The staff provided a solution and replaced the protein drink for another juice, but I was also traveling today and needed to make sure I had the protein intake for the afternoon. I have always loved Nékter and will be back. I just wish there was a little bit more communication when an item in an order will not be fulfilled.

First time here and it is fantastic......the staff were very helpful and patient as I had a ton of questions. The juice was fresh and very flavorful. Do yourself a favor and come try some natural love!!! You will not regret it and it is sooooo refreshing!!!!

I had previously ordered in store which took a while. This time I ordered in app to have it ready ahead of time. Needless to say, it was not ready when I arrived (after the quoted time). They did not put the coconut cream that I paid extra for in. The restaurant itself, while clean, smells of sewage. Because it is located far from where I live, it will take a lot for me to go back.
