Everything is fine as far as customer service. The only issue is the price. I only got the smoothie because of a discount. I would not have stopped by if it was regularly priced.

Shakes are never made the same! Only certain employees make them the way they should. Sometimes tastes like they’re missing ingredients or too much of one. The consistency isn’t always the same. I love the smoothies here but the inconsistency is making me question whether to keep buying here or not. Almost feels like I’m throwing my money away and constantly having to complain doesn’t make a customer feel any better.

The quality of the smoothies are not consistent with each visit. This visit the smoothies were not very good at all and my kids did not like them. The pineapple overpowered the mango in the mango delight smoothie and the pineapple did not taste like it was ripe. There were also little chuncks of unripe pineapple in the smoothies. It did not at all match the quality of my first visit. In my bowl the pineapple also did not taste ripe and was hard, but there was not as much as the smoothies had so it was manageable. My order was done quickly and the staff was friendly, but I just wish the quality was better. Not sure if I will be back again.

I am a regular customer and often pllace my order online as I am pressed for time. Some times they have it ready right away, other times depending on who is working, they hang out in the back and do not see the order print out until they come to the front to greet you which is what happened this time. On another note, please bring back the pumpkin pie smoothie. I look forward to it every year and was disappointed that you switched it out with the apple one. It’s fine to introduce new flavors but don’t take a way a fall classic!

For the few times I’ve been here everyone has least been kind and the smoothies have always been delicious

I’d have to say this is my favorite place for smoothies. I placed a mobile order and picked it up to go. My drink was ready when I arrived, and the staff was very friendly. I ordered a large one, which is huge enough to enjoy and share. I ordered the pink flamingo, and it was super delicious! The large smoothie was about $12. I will definitely come back to try one of their juices and bowls.

Very nice. It was my first time at Nekter, and the smoothie was delicious, and the large size is definitely large. The 2 women were very nice and had my order ready for me when I went to pick it up. Thank you!

We have been pleased with nekter, and the fresh alternative it offers! Taste, health, and its chill vibe. From the bowls to the smoothies, we love it!

Really great smoothie place! The PB&J bowl is delicious. I have been here several times and the service is phenomenal. Really kind and helpful staff.

My honest opinion from Nekter is that the service is excellent, the place is always clean and the smoothies are delicious! I have tried several ones but my top favorite would definitely be the PB chocolate protein! It’s the perfect mix of sweet and savory and an excellent choice for a quick boost of protein after your workout!

I ordered online and my smoothie was ready to pick up right when I got there! Very happy!!

I tried the Health Nut smoothie and the Acai Peanut Butter Bowl, and they were hands down the best I've ever had! The customer service is exceptional, and the place is impeccably clean. I truly enjoyed my experience at Nekter, and I'll be returning soon!
