The online app order was spot on. I walked in at the time it was ready and was greeted by the employee with my order in the bag. No additional waiting required.

I ordered ahead on the app and received my items 15 minutes after the specified time. One of my bowls was made like 10 minutes before the other one and by the time I received the second one, the first one was already soupy. I understand it was probably a bad day or bad moment of the day, but I was still sad I didn’t get the great food and service I usually get.

I would be nice if someone greeted when you walk in, I came in and it felt like I wasn’t welcome because of an awkward silence in the store. I usually always order the strawberry banana protein shake and it’s really good. But whoever made it this time, really messed it up. It didn’t have the right color, flavor or texture.

I spent 300 for a three day cleanse for my husband and I. What I purchased is NOT what was in each bag. I was told the morning of (I ordered over a week in advance) that the night drink had been discontinued. This is the high calorie drink that helps survive the fast! It was replaced with a celery drink which is 45 calories? But if that wasn’t bad enough, there were other drinks missing. Nothing was advertised.
