Ordered online, was able to customize açaí bowl. Our order was ready way sooner than expected!

I ordered online and my order was done by the time I got there, even though I showed up a couple of minutes early, the acai bowl was so good! 🥹

The ladies had my order ready and answered all my questions. I had ordered two bowls and ended up taking advantage of the cleanse flash sale!

Well, I ordered ahead as I usually do and got there right on time for order pickup and they hadn’t started it. When I walked in, there was nobody else inside and they were mopping/cleaning. When I said I was there for pickup she said “oh we were just about to start it” except the other worker was still in the back. She came out and they both started working on it however the one who was out front, doing the mopping, didn’t appear to have changed her gloves from doing the mopping to cutting up the fruit and putting it on top of my bowl. I just wanted to note this experience as it wasn’t the greatest although previous experiences have been quite without issue.

We ordered online as we were on a road trip from DFW to Scottsdale, AZ, and we did not want to stop for long. Our açaí bowls were ready and waiting on us. They were perfect! And the customer service was great. 🙌🏻

Well great however they gave me the wrong order and I didnt realize until I got home, i ordered an acai mango bowl on the app and instead got a regular acai. Still good tho

I ordered an almond butter açaí bowl and paid to add berries but was given a regular açaí bowl, no almond butter was in the bowl nor apple slices. Unfortunately I had ordered this as a pick up order and didn’t realize it until I had gotten home

My order was made on time and ready for me to pick up. The employee was courteous. I ordered the pb&j bowl and it was delicious. I also tried the new pitaya passion refresher which I did not care for. This refresher was a bit tart but had a funny after taste. I won’t order the refresher again.

I love this place. I do think that on today’s order, they forgot the almond butter in my bowl, but I could be wrong? I am hooked and will look into cleanses.

Overall, my experience was good. However, I wasn't able to order the oatmeal bowl because they didn't have containers. When I asked if they could put it an any container the person working said they didn't have anything prepped to serve. So I thought this was odd.
