I love your products. But the 4 times I’ve been there in the last month my order is never ready in the time period expected. Last time when I arrived they had just started my order that should have been ready several minutes earlier. Also I’ve been told I had to wait. Order time past. I sat. 5 minutes later a gal gets my order out of the refrigerator and hands it to me. A little weird. I have no faith that my order will be ready for pick up when I get there. A new juice bar has opened near me and I’m going to try it.

I love Nekter I will always go there for my lunch smoothie, but the only issue I would have with them is just that they sometimes they use bananas that are not ripe and I can tell by the way my smoothie taste. It taste a little bit more bitter than sweet. One time I did ask for extra of the agave nectar, and it was too sweet, so if they would use ripe bananas, than the smoothie will taste good each time. Other than that, I have no complaints at all whatsoever about this place. It will always be 100 out of 10 for me.

Well a little annoyed. I ordered 2 small Krista Koladas online and when I picked up there was no whip cream.
The lady said they ran out and it’s too hard to communicate that when an online order is placed.

The lady with the short black hair, no make up really needs some customer service lessons. Very rude, ugly energy & this is the 2nd time she’s been there when I order & she makes me not want to come back.

It was my first time trying Nekter & I did tell my Pharmacist & others to try it. It was ready when I picked it up & very good. I told the woman to have a good day but I guess she didn’t here me.

Overall the drink was great and one of my favorites. You could tell the worker was a bit overwhelmed and didn’t really interact much with anyone in the store waiting for their order.
