We loved our Açaí Bowls but they really need to have a 2nd person working the floor. There was only one girl by herself trying to fulfill all the mobile orders and the in store orders. You could tell she was stressed and we had to wait a long time for ours.

This place is amazing. Always very clean, always smells fresh, and always makes fresh and delicious smoothies. I love their banana berry blast with protein and their Acai bowls !!!

Your Acai bowls (which is what I get) are always very consistent in quality, ingredients, everything. The taste, the texture, the presentation, everything is always exactly as expected. I'm addicted!

I really enjoy the fresh juices at Nekter. The place is clean, welcoming, and nicely set up. I like that they have little table games at each table, it’s a fun touch and keeps you entertained while enjoying your drink. Their acai bowls are tasty too! I just wish they offered a wider variety of fresh juice options.
I ordered and Acai bowl and specifically asked for no strawberries on top, but still got them. I love your bowls, but that was kind of annoying.

My experience was awesome. I ordered my bowl via the app and pick up smooth and fast! My acai bowl was delicious as always.

Order was available when I arrived to pick it up, and it was delicious. I received whatever I paid for. What would have been delightful was if the associate had been a bit more engaging than handing me my bowl and returning to her previous task. Asking if I would like a bag, and offering a spoon and napkins would have made the experience a 10/10.

I eat a nekter all the time in Los Angeles area and it’s my favorite I was in Bakersfield and saw they had one and went and it was nothing like other locations didn’t taste the same and it was mainly granola and not much acai
