The portions here are very tiny just be aware. The acai bowl is not large enough to fill you up. The actual acai smoothie didn't taste fresh. The employees had good customer service and were very helpful with any questions/accomodations
I am giving 1 star for customer service. I ordered a protein power bowl with a chia pudding layer. This is the second time I order this where the forget to add the chia layer. Mind you this bowl cost $12.05 and to add the chia it’s 1.95 so it’s a $14.00 bowl. It’s very frustrating when you’re not receiving what you’re paying for. I attempted to call and ask why this keeps happening and the phone rings and says the voicemail box is not set up. This place always seems to have poor service, and with the prices so high it’s almost never worth it.
Came in when 2 employees were working no line. The cashier was either new or not able to full grasp how to run the POC system, I ordered 3 drinks each one took 2-3 minutes for him to put through. I asked to remove the peanut butter from my power bowl but instead he charged me a dollar to add more. I get he was not able to fully grasp the system but just made it a horrible experience and I got charged more for having them use less ingredients
Fresh ingredients, awesome service, great place to grab a bowl or drink.
