Nekter Juice Bar - Bakersfield

Ordered coconut whip on top of my smoothie. Was charged extra for it. When I got there to pick it up I saw that there was no coconut whip on the smoothie. Told them there was supposed to be coconut whip on there and all they said was “oh we don’t have any” and I’m still being charged for it. If you run out of stuff take it off of the Location for the app. Panera is able to take things that are out of stock on the app right away.

Order was available when I arrived to pick it up, and it was delicious. I received whatever I paid for. What would have been delightful was if the associate had been a bit more engaging than handing me my bowl and returning to her previous task. Asking if I would like a bag, and offering a spoon and napkins would have made the experience a 10/10.

I enjoyed walking in and little to no wait time for my smoothly.

We visited here yesterday it’s very first time but I am sure that it’s last as well I ordered buzz juice it’s medium it’s too expensive they put only just carrots it’s worthless I never go back there and not recommended to anyone 🙅‍♂️👎
