I ordered ahead and then arrived a few minutes early and she was almost finished making my bowl. She was very friendly and my bowl was fresh and delicious!

I mobile ordered on Friday, May 3rd and times my errands accordingly. My order time was 8:43a and my estimated “ready” time was 9:08…. My order wasn’t ready until 9:34a that’s almost 50 minutes from the time I ordered! You guys need to ask this location to have at least 2 people working for ALL shifts. There’s a reason people mobile order - to avoid having to wait and to be more productive with their time. The employee was doing the best she could, but I think this comes down to lack of management or management trying to cut down expensive. I’ll definitely think twice before placing another mobile order…. But with that said, what’s the alternative? To order in store and wait even longer? People mobile order for their lunch too - are you guys going to make it an acceptable standard to keep customers waiting and essential wasting their lunch hours?

The staff is always so friendly! I love how clean the shop is and how clear the app is to use! I come at least once a week and it’s a staple to my Sunday routine! Love this place!
