Only one employee working at the time. Did not greet or acknowledge customers. One person waiting on an order and two waiting to order including myself. I ended up ordering on the app after a few min of standing around. After my order was completed the employee asked in a cold tone if I was waiting for an order. I let her know my order and she placed it on the counter. No thank you or anything, and to top it off, my açaí bowl was runny.

The acai bowl I got had very little flavor, very confused how this could be. I have never had an acai bowl that I had to throw away before. Great location and staff though.

Overall my experience was OK. I walked in to pick up my online order, no one was at the counter until I walked all the way up and a young lady came from the back. She then proceeds to put my juices in the bag and was already trying to get me on my way but I had to stop her multiple times and tell her I was still missing items. Had to tell her twice. I don’t understand the point of online ordering when you still have to let them know you’re missing items. I was excited to try the new vanillla almond protein balls but was disappointed to find out they didn’t have them. I wasn’t told by the employee that they weren’t available, she had me go grab them off the shelf and that’s when I realized they weren’t there. I asked her about them and she said oh yeah we don’t have them. Knowing ahead of time would be great. Also paid extra for the vanilla chia cashew pudding and of course that too was unavailable. She gave me the peanut butter chia pudding instead. Was a little disappointed trying this location hopefully if there’s a next time everything is in stock.

Every one who works there is so professional and friendly. That’s hard to find this day and age! Never had a problem. Give them all raises they deserve it. I’ll keep coming back as long as there is good customer service.
