Smoothie flavor could have been better. You're charging a premium price for a product that didn't taste like it.

I came here on a whim and I can say that this place has fantastic smoothies. I have enjoyed every single one I have tried and definitely recommend. Shay the general manager is really wonderful to talk to! Im only in Baltimore for work but I wish they would bring this place to Chicago!

Amazing smoothies and great service

I’ll order a smoothie when I’m having a bad day and the staff here is always quick and on the ball! Mango delights turn my day around.

All was satisfactory. Smoothie was tasty. Employee was efficient. Not overly friendly. But wasn’t offended by it.

My Cold Brew Smoothie tasted Great. The Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.

I don't have another location to compare but I do love coming to Nekter when I need a fresh smoothie bowl or a juice. The staff is very friendly and always have my order correct and ready on time.

Every time I come in the staff is always pleasant. I am always pleased when I come here. I've had just about everything on there menu but the acai banana berry bowl is my favorite as well as the Healthy Nut smoothie

First time going here I went after a workout, 30 mins after open time the door were still locked. Finally got a chance to try a few days later, it was alright. There are definitely way better juice and smoothie shops in Baltimore. Staff wasn't all to friendly either

I live generally near by to this location. It doesn't stand out so I didn't know it existed. I did a google search for smoothies. Thought maybe I found a gem. My experience was definitly NOT something that I was expecting. Upon arrival, I thought the place was closed but it wasn't and when I entered not 1 person said hello, they just glanced over. The 2 staff members seemed very sluggish like they had worked 20 hour shifts and didn't want to be there. When I placed my order it was sweet and simple and there was no other communication exchanged. There is also NO indoor or outdoor seating but it's advertised FREE WI-FI on the window...? Was hoping that I could sit, relax, attend a meeting and enjoy my smoothie in the process... NOPE. Im guessing the motto here is "get your stuff and go", like a McDonalds drive thru. The ONLY reason for the 2 stars is because the smoothie was just ok. This place has SO MUCH MORE POTENTIAL..

Amazing smoothie and quick pickup!

Been meaning to write this review for awhile, because I LOVE this place so much. I get their açaí bowls or smoothies at least once a week. Their bowls are crafted with great care. They taste fantastic and are beautiful to looks at. Their ingredients are always fresh. In the rare case they are out of an ingredient, they do well at communicating it to you and making accomodations. I will say the blenders are loud, as blenders are. Not a great place to stand in if you are sensitive to loud noise. Their order ahead option in their app is great for this reason! Also specials for members are good to take advantage of. I highly recommend Nekter. Their staff is friendly and great at what they do. :)
