I called this place to locate it because the GPS sent me elsewhere the secretary who answered spoke to me angrily and cut the call twice the second time she yelled at me ugly and then I managed to locate the place I picked up the order and the lady that what You answered me, you noticed that call, you were the one who called, you told me and I told you that if I had never been to this place but I was disappointed today, I don't think I'll go back there.

It took nearly an hour to get 3 bowls and 3 smoothies. And the store was empty. The employee wasn’t even friendly. Not to say that it wasn’t worth the wait. Because everything was exceptionally good. But customer service could use an improvement

Food is always great, but delivery service was subpar. Lots of difficulty and confusion with Lyft driver. Nekter employee ended up bringing our food instead.
