It’s 1:15pm on a Sunday and the door is locked. No one is answering the phone. Almost ordered online to pick up and I’m glad I didn’t because I would have wasted $10 on a smoothie I would have never gotten. Place is a joke unfortunately.
Edit: Now they have responded saying they were closed. No, sign said it was open and I got to the checkout page of online ordering to put in my credit card info. Update your website if you were closed. Hours said 8:30 to 5. Yes you are a JOKE. Ya Got goofy management

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we were closed on Sunday May 7, 2023 and you would not be able to order if we are closed so you wouldn’t have wasted anything. We are not a joke the establishment was just closed that day, once again sorry for the inconvenience

Bowls are good and employees provide great customer service. Store looks clean. Should consider selling some mixed nut snacks.

Waited 20 minutes for one bowl and one smoothie. There was one person working who seemed like they could have used a second person to run the register. There was one couple in the store at the time I walked in so it doesn’t seem like it should have taken her long but if she’s also getting a lot of online orders, that’s too much time for your customers to wait. Get this Saturday staff some support, sheesh
