Friendly staff. Excellent service. Fresh fruit/smoothie bowl. Awesome experience.

No greeting when I walked in, cashier didn’t acknowledge or greet me until I said hello twice. She was sweet however and took my order, I didn’t have to wait long and my açaí bowl was really good. Overall, good experience.

Well it’s National peanut butter day. Ordered three bowls for the first time online and seen it was free peanut butter day. I clicked to add the free peanut butter in each, but notice she didn’t add to order because I have must have done something wrong when ordering. I ask the lady at the counter if she could add for me but wanted to charge me for all 3.. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

I LOVE acai bowls…but every time I go to the 5713 Eastern Ave location. the workers have weird negative energy. Any question you ask, it seems hard to answer for some of them and they respond as if you’re bothering them to ask. The bowls are great, I wish there were other locations. I live in Harford Co and only come here when the Urban Life Center is closed down at 3223 Eastern Ave. Urban Life center has MUCH BETTER SERVICE and AMAZING ACAI BOWLS. ♥️

I love this place I come all the time. I don’t like that when I ordered gluten free granola they still put regular granola in my bowl. Saying that noone orders it so they stopped ordering it. I come there all the time and would like to have the option for gluten free

I ordered the acai bowl with banana, strawberry, blueberry, and granola. Overall, a mid-tasting bowl. I've been to other acai bowl places and their blend tastes better. There is a large amount of acai which is a pro but the con is not enough fruit and granola to go with it. Overall, I probably won't come back, but it was nice to try.

The African American lady that works there is phenomenal. I believe she is a manager! She gives amazing customer service and she is truly one of the reasons I visit so frequently. She deserves a raise and promotion. On another note, I hope you bring back the pina colada bowls. They tasted wonderful. The flavor of the peanut butter bowl's base seems to have changed since I first started getting them when you first opened. They are still good, but they used to be better. Regardless, you guys are doing great. Glad you're in business.

Its never enough fruit in the bowls. I literally had 1 strawberry and 4 pieces if pineapple

I don't have another location to compare but I do love coming to Nekter when I need a fresh smoothie bowl or a juice. The staff is very friendly and always have my order correct and ready on time.

I ordered online and the experience was very easy. I love that they keep my bowl cold until I am able to pick it up. My bowl was very good!
