I love Nekter and visit them often in the Phoenix area. The staff is always friendly, helpful and when I order online, my smoothies are always ready when I arrive.
I’ve visited the Flagstaff location numerous times over the last few years and the staff there is always slow and they don’t seem friendly or want to help the customers. I walked in today to pick up my smoothie. No one was out front and I could see them all in the back, behind the window. Finally one girl walked out, but wouldn’t make eye contact with me or say, “we’ll be with you in a minute”. She walked back in the back. A few minutes later another girl came out and delivered smoothies to someone that had been waiting at a table. It took her a minute to ask if I was there to pick up an order. The employees at this location are very unlike any other location I have been to. I feel they could use better training on customer service.

Was the only food I could eat while very sick. Definitely helped get something in me. Everything was great, although the atmosphere was pretty basic. Could use some more color or entertainment or something, a bland atmosphere wouldn’t stop me from coming back for good smoothies. Was very good
Always fast and well made. I never have issues with poor blending or distastefulness. I originally went to locations in Phoenix before moving to Flagstaff and the work ethic and quality spans across all of their locations. Service is good and quick, employees are always kind. Would recommend for a light meal/snack
I placed my order online and received it sooner than expected. Well made and good portions, smoothies are always blended well with no chunks and my açaí bowl is presented well and delicious
