The portion sizing is fair for Flagstaff: a large is actually large and filling. The staff was very helpful and I was easily able to place an order online.

I was confused why the bowl was half full and I asked and she said they always only fill to the bottom of the E. So now I know. I and guess I just got lucky that the other bowl I ordered was much more full. Thx for reading this!

It is extremely important to me to have the ability to customize everything that goes into my bowl as I have an uncommon allergy and most places that serve açaí bowls use a pre-made mix so it’s not customizable. I really appreciated how easy it was to add and remove items from both in and on top of the bowl through the online ordering system. It was also super convenient to just be able to walk in and pick the bowls up once they were ready and although our customer service experience was very brief, it was pleasant. My bowl was exactly what I was hoping for and I enjoyed every bite. I’m so so happy to have found Nékter and can’t wait for my next açaí bowl fix.

It was a very easy experience ordering through the app. Picking up was a breeze since it was just waiting in a fridge for me until I asked for it. The cashier was nice and friendly.

I placed an order but was unexpectedly delayed in picking it up. I called at 6:57pm and I believe I spoke to Lena. I apologized for the delay and let them know I was almost to Nekter. Lena was so kind on the phone and offered to bag everything up for me so I could run in and grab my order quickly. I walked into the store- Lena and Kai (I might not have the spelling correct) reassured me that my tardiness was okay. They both provided me with the utmost customer service and kindness. Oh, and of course my order was perfectly made and packed in the bag. I have always loved Nekter because of the delicious and fresh options. Due to the excellent customer service specifically tonight, I am now y’all’s #1 fan. I don’t usually write reviews but had to share. Thank you!
