The first time I ordered, I liked it. The last two times have not been good. Today I ordered the açaí mango bowl with almond butter mixed in. There was pineapple instead of mango on top and the blended portion at the bottom was very bland, like something was missing. Same experience last time with the blended portion of the bowl. Definitely didn’t taste like there was any açaí in it. I also prefer the almond butter squeezed over the top like a syrup, if I order it on top but it was just chunks of almond butter on top (was not mixed in like I requested). I just feel like the quality has been lacking the last two times I’ve been in. Thank you.

Fast efficient and friendly. It’s our favorite go to from Ice cream, yogurt, cake or donuts. Corporate don’t mess with a good thing, don’t even think of messing with the recipe.
The automated tipping system is insane, why not leave that option up to the patron. Instead of instilling a requirement for services? An employee should feel well compensated from their employers.
