I love Nekter! It is my favorite smoothie/bowl shop. I've never had a problem with the customer service, they've always been friendly. Prices are high but it's organic and delicious, so it's worth it. Also it tastes amazing. A great place to stick to your diet or indulge. My personal favorite are the bowls, they taste so good and are presented beautifully. I always take mine home and add extra agave syrup on top; because I like it super sweet.
The employee who made my Recovery forgot to put beets in it and didn’t notice, which seems almost impossible, as the drink is supposed to be bright red. The other employee offered to “fix it” by dumping out part of the drink and adding beets. I ended up asking them to remake the drink, which is what should have been offered in the first place. When I went back in to pick it up, the employee glared at me. I thanked her, and she ignored me until I thanked her again.

The girls are always very friendly and when my order is called in it is ready at the time that I stated I would be there. The bowls and the smoothies are just delicious. I like them for my dinner.
