Ordered via the app. Order was prepared ahead of schedule, which was great. Very pleasant exchange with associate and left. I ordered using the app. It was my first visit to the Nekter on the Carefree Hwy. My order was ready when I entered the store at the time promised in the app, and the pineapple macha was delicious.

Hi Courtney, We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
We have standards in place to maintain consistency, and the bowl base should be filled to the middle of the Nekter logo, with the toppings up to about 3/4 full bowl. The are not 100% full to allow room to mix the items together.
We apologize that we did not meet those standards, feel free to contact the store manager Haley, and we will arrange for a refund or make new product for you on your next visit.
