Absolutely love your Açaí bowls

Usually I have a great experience at this location, this time, not so much! I ordered a peanut butter bowl online, when I got there told the lady at counter my name, she went out back got my (I think) bowl and then walked away. I grabbed some napkins from a pile on counter started to walk away and realized she didn’t give me a spoon. I had asked 2 times for a spoon and both times she just looked away. I again had to reach over counter put my hands in open basket of spoons (which I’m sure I have not been the only one) and get my spoon. Then when I started eating I realized the container was only half full and NO PEANUT BUTTER!!! Not a good experience!

The last visit was really good (this weekend). Everything was on time, done right, quick and flawless like it is 95% of the time. My visit the weekend before on the 1st, where I ordered two bowls was painfully slow. I was there at open and the staff were still cleaning, it took them awhile to all join in on making my order (and other order's that were coming in). It was actually the slowest I've seen an order in as long as I can remember. I believe it took about 15 mins for two bowls, and as I said mostly because a lot of the staff were cleaning instead of working on preparation.

I love ordering from the app! It makes things fast and easy! My only request would be to enter the $2 off coupon I got onto the app. I see the coupon portion but my $2 off doesn’t have a code. Other than that everything is amazing! The bowls are always delicious and staff always friendly!!!

Great experience except a small mistake on the order. I added pineapple and paid for it, and it was not in the bowl when I got home. Not a big deal, but still a bit of a bummer.

Because the taste of the juices Smoothies bowls are consistent at Cave Creek AZ location, I know I will always get quality delicious food. Thank you.

I love ordering on the mobile app. My bowl is always fresh and easy to pick up. Everyone is always nice when I go in.

Ordered via the app. Order was prepared ahead of schedule, which was great. Very pleasant exchange with associate and left. Order was very well marked making it easy to identify, as we had multiple (same) bowls with different ingredients. Very happy, prior experiences were decent, but this was our best.

Bowls come half empty.
