The employees are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 9 out of 10 is because my son ended up with a glob of peanut butter in his Açaí Superfood Bowl . He just had surgery and was not supposed to have it because he can and did choke. This is the first time we’ve had something like this happen. Again, the employees are super sweet but I’m concerned with what happened. I’m glad he’s not allergic to peanuts or peanut butter.

Disappointed. I’ve ordered the pumpkin bowl many times. Today the pumpkin mousse layer was missing! I brought it home before I noticed and wasn’t able to run back to return.

I was disappointed that I had to pay $1 because I substituted pineapple for banana In the berry bowl because I’m allergic to bananas. I understand if I’m adding I would pay but I don’t feel I should be charged extra for a substitution.

I don’t visit too often anymore, but the last few times I ordered there, (and a few other times in the past) they forgot to add the add ons that I paid for. Usually in the bowls. Specifically the peanut butter on top, and blueberries in the smoothie. Also agave is added when we request no agave.
