It was great! My son picked up the order. The açaí bowl was balanced in the drink container and it looked a little scary when he came in, but he balanced it well. The food and drinks taste amazing.

It was okay bowl is getting smaller or they are just putting less and less effort

I ordered online. Time given when order ready was inaccurate. Our bowls were done when we arrived! 10 minutes soonercthan estimated Bowl I ordered had been updated, I didn't tead the newness well enough, I didn't like the blue drizzle. If that was agave, good to know, I won't order it next time. Thank you

Experience was great. I don’t love the change in the protein power bowl from a scoop of peanut butter on top to the peanut butter drizzle.

I love Nekter but the bowl I got was literally half full. For the price I expect a full bowl. I have never had one given to me like this. I sent a picture to my husband because I was so surprised. Hoping this was a one off or else I’ll buy them elsewhere.

food was great. customer service could have been better. i started coming to nekter during covid so all my stuff was always bagged up with a spoon and napkins. don’t know if that was a covid thing but today when i came in to pick up my bowl it was just sitting on the counter. again don’t know if that’s the norm, but for an online order it didn’t feel right.

It was good but the last few times I have ordered my "go-to" drink (Popeyes Acai) it hasn't tasted right. I'm can't figure out what's off...it just doesn't taste like it used to
