I got a large smoothie that was like 11 dollars and it was so bitter. I think ingredients were missing from it. I ended up not being able to drink it.

The customer service was great. Ordered online - pretty easy and was given a voucher for a 16oz smoothie. The mango smoothie had little favor. Not sure if I would return to try again. Maybe a different flavor would have been better.

My only complaint is that the bowls aren’t consistent. I order two of the exact same bowls every single time. They are either filled to the top or an inch below the top. They aren’t cheap for smoothie bowls, so it would be nice to have them prepared the same every time.

I wanna start by saying I love Nekter and have been coming here a lot since this location opened. Today I added ginger to my smoothie and they really overdid it. I know Ginger is very powerful in taste but the amount they added to the smoothie completely overwhelmed the entire drink making it impossible to drink. I thought it would be a small amount of ginger added.

Usually I have really good service at this location and it’s by favorite Nekter to visit but today my 16 oz smoothie had about 1/4 empty space at the top. I would prefer the staff to be mindful of filling it up more.

The smoothie was not good. Not sure if I just picked a bad option or if it was poorly made. The service was decent. Wish that there was a pickup time faster than 15 minutes.
