Juice is always made inconsistently, usually has way too much Apple and boy enough green compared to all other locations.

I've been ordering online quite frequently over the last year. When I went in this last time I stood at the pickup counter for almost 3 minutes before someone said anything to me. Several employees came up to the front to do other tasks, one even came up to throw something away and made eye contact with me but didn't ask me for my name or even greet me. There were 5 people behind the counter all working. This situation was really abnormal. Normally I'm greeted within a few seconds and am on my way with my order.
