Service is great but the portion size has definitely shrunk over the last year. Now when I get a bowl it’s about half to two-thirds full - never at the top like they used to be. Same goes for the smoothies.

I preordered. It gave me a 10 minute time frame. I was there within 10 minutes but when I got home, literally 2 minutes away, my acai bowl was super soupy. They gave it to me from the freezer case. Not what I was expecting ☹️

Went well. I wasn’t greeted and I stood there a bit before being asked if I have an order despite two people seeing me stand there. They went to their tasks instead of asking me if I had an order to pick up.
