Nekter Juice Bar - Phoenix

I like your service i just wish that you would put oranges back on the menu for when I make my own juice. Other nectars have them on their website/app. but yours does not

I order three-day cleanses at least twice a year and always receive great service with smiling faces. The healthy cleanses are rejuvenating and energizing.

The amount of the serving size was considerably smaller than normal

Bowls were great and were prepared quickly. Staff was friendly upon pick up.

It was made quickly, everything looked very fresh and well made. Customer service as far as greeting customers with intention, offering to bag up the order, and saying Thank you to customers could use improving. But those are small tweaks and honestly as long as what I ordered was made correctly and is fresh, I don't care about the pleasantries all that much. I only mentioned it since I was asked for feedback.

App was easy to navigate and order.

I came in and gave my name for the mobile order. They said they were working on it, but then someone who came into the store after me and ordered st the register got his food first. One girl asked me who I was waiting for. I gave my name again. Turns out my order had been done all along and was just sitting in the freezer. Not super impressed. Food was great though.

I love the açaí bowl Nékter always fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. It makes me feel good after enjoy a bowl or smoothie here.

Order was ready when I picked it up. Staff was polite and friendly.

Today 3/10, store was closed at 6:50pm. There was me and 2 other people that went to the door to find it closed. This is not the first time.

Greeted us with a smile which is nice because when I usually come in , everyone looks like this ☹️. Lol Thank you Jordyn for making my experience a sweet one. Place was super clean, nice and cool. Bathrooms are also clean!

Order was ready and team was great!
