I thought the girl making our bowls went above and beyond. We wanted almond butter in our bowl with no peanut butter. She took it upon herself to put the peanut butter granola on the side. I thought that went above and beyond and was super kind of her. Very great customer service.

Order was completely wrong! ordered 4 bowls and none of them were marked so we could tell them apart. All 4 were made wrong. Some had agave and were not supposed to, some topics were supposed to be removed and were not, some were supposed to have toppings and were not. I would rather you slow down and make them right then to rush and have them all wrong
Ordered the PB&J bowl and whoever made the bowl did a wonderful job!! It was extra delicious today!!

Ordered a bowl, got a smoothie in a cracked cup. Horrible service and poor quality product. Not impressed with the unfriendly staff that didn’t even try to make it right.
I picked up an online order on 9/27 at 630. I have covid and called to ask if they could put my order outside the front door for me and the girl there with long dark hair did it for me without hesitation. And was super nice about it. I am so grateful, I felt quite unwell and my Almond bowl was exactly what I needed. Thank you!!

My bowl was good but much more liquified than it usually is and the bowl was overfilled and definitely not “pretty” like it usually is

I usually love it and never complain but my bowl was pretty frozen and maybe not mixed enough. I ate it anyway though!!!! I love this place! Maybe not ask on the order page if you need a spoon though, if they are just sitting there at the pick up counter to grab yourself.
