I have been visiting Nekter since shortly after it opened. The juices are amazing. The staff is always friendly and knows me when I pick up my order. The app is really easy to use so pick up is quick if needed.
Love the option order ahead & pick up! So perfect for busy mom life!

The young lady that was working was nice. She was alone and had a rush of people before I got there. So when I arrived 5 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready, it still wasn’t made it. It wasn’t ready for another 10 minutes. I left and was already out of town when I realized she did not put my coconut bites in the bag. I double checked and I was charged for them. I had purposely bought them for a snack for this upcoming work week. Super disappointed by that. But the rest of the food I ordered and received was good.

I placed my order online for pickup, when I arrived they hadn't even started working on it yet. I had to remind the employees to make my order, then I waited another 10mins for my smoothie. Please do better next time.

I ordered A small juice in the app and came in 10 minutes after it said it would be done And it had not been started. I had to go to work so I tried to cancel in the app and it wouldn’t let me. So I asked the employee to cancel to which he replied “I don’t know how, but can have the manger do it tomorrow” I was still charged. Not a big deal as it was only $1 tip since I was trying to get my free birthday juice but kinda a bummer. Thanks for all the awesome juice otherwise!
