Ordered three smoothies: I ordered two for my children, one for me. We grab them and headed out. My kids smoothies were the consistency of milk. I decided to inconvenience myself annd my children by walking back to get what we actually ordered — just to hear a run around on why they served them that way. On top of that, I ordered a smoothie for myself that was as bland and bland could be. I threw it away in front of them and received the exact service I’d expect from this place. It’s all garbage. Don’t go here. This is our second attempt just because it’s fun for kids to choose but in the end the service is awful and the basic of tasks to make smoothies can’t be performed. I paid cash otherwise I’d dispute this transaction due to the poor quality all around. We ended up throwing them out and grabbing a Starbucks frappe on the route home.

Came here to say that the young man (red head) was rude. This was on a Sunday March 8th at 345pm. I came in the day before and service was great, juice and smoothies were awesome. It was my first time and it was just what my body needed recovering from an illness. Figured I should go back and get another juice. I didn’t know the closing hours on Sundays was 3pm and frankly I wasn’t paying attention to the posted hours since all I could think about was having the green detox I had the day before. I walked in through the first set of doors, I could see there was someone sitting on one of the tables so I’m thinking it’s still open. I then pulled the handle on the main door once, just once, I wasn’t yanking or anything just pulled it once and the young lady behind the counter kindly said “we’re closed” and not even a second go by a young man (red head) came out of the kitchen door and yelled “WE’RE CLOSED!”. I’m not sure what was the need to be yelling “we’re closed!” 8ft across but I could hear the young lady perfectly fine. And to top it off as I was walking away in confusion I looked back and he seemed to have enjoyed that moment of power trip as he was smiling shaking his head. Maybe I’m exaggerating that part but that is all I could take away from my 2nd trip here. I really do like this place, the ladies were awesome, the juice and smoothies were great. Maybe that young man could take a few classes on customer service. I’m in the automotive industry, I experience customers on a daily basis and my employer emphasizes on customer service on a weekly basis. Thank you for your time

Normally I have a great experience and am a very loyal customer, however today lacked greatly. The waffles were about half the size as normal with about a table spoon of toppings each. It was really sad looking. Then I got the smoothie I normally get, but I couldn't drink through it. The person who made it forget to add the banana before blending it? So they just threw in the slices after? It was very strange. Not my typical experience at nekter. Thanks

Im always a fan of wonderful service and as this was my first time the service did NOT disappoint. The friendly young auburn hair smoothie barista helped me craft a delicious smoothie and get all the things I needed to make it yummy and healthy. And it's a really fresh fun atmosphere too! Highly recommend. Will be back again soon. Kudos to who assisted ne and thanks for the experience.

I was notified of a special via my app. When I arrived at the store the cashier was having a really hard time matching the combo deal on the app on the register. She was very kind and helpful but I kept offering to just order on the app to help her. There was no mention of the combo deal anywhere in the store - I think it would be a huge plus to advertise for it. The smoothies were delicious and I loved trying the protein bites 10/10.

A lovely local smoothie bar ! Recently went here as I was visiting the area for some additional shopping errands. I was famished and just needed some goodness to hold me over. I typically enjoy a smoothie or juice - a light refreshing pick me up and I was not disappointed! I ordered a pink flamingo and it never made it to a 📸. There are lots of good options for a bowls, juice or a smoothie. Love that you can substitute items and customize add ins ( immune support, whey ect.) Appreciate the allergy protocol also! Shout out to the marketing department as it's located next to a gym - brilliant idea. It's not a large smoothie shop but there are several areas to sit and the decor is very pleasant. Highly recommend!
