We love going to Nektar wherever we travel and there is one. We live in MT though and so we normally go to this one in Billings. However, I still never heard back from a previous visit where my to go order was missing items and I didn’t know it until I got on the road. I both called and send Nektar a message about it, never hearing back. Then today when I arrived the ladies behind the counter seemed overwhelmed but they only had to orders on their to do list. I had to grab waters, and make several trips out to my vehicle as things were made. I had pre ordered because we were in a hurry. The one young lady apologized but she was all over the place and not really getting much done. The other young lady was spilling things all over the counters, gave me cups with the smoothie all over the outside of the cups too so I had to wipe them off. We pay good money and always tip at Nektar, but I expect at least okay customer service.

I ordered 3 smoothies & one juice and they had it prepared in under 5 mins. Fast service, nice workers, and amazing drinks!!

I ordered 3 bowls for pickup. When I arrived at the store, there was one person waiting for a smoothie. They got their smoothie after a few minutes, and I was the only other one in the store. I waited another 20 minutes before I got my bowls.

I ordered to smoothies one was to be large the other regular. I feel this is done on purpose because of my race.

I recently visited Nekter Juice Bar in Billings on my recent business trip. I stopped for breakfast and had the Popeye Açaí Smoothie. The smoothie was really good. Highly recommended. The location at Shiloh Crossing has great decor and ambiance make it a nice spot to enjoy a smoothie or açaí bowl. The staff was friendly and the overall experience was positive. Whether you’re health-conscious or just looking for a refreshing treat, Nekter Juice Bar is a must-visit in Billings

This is the worst, most expensive smoothie I've ever had. A smoothie is supposed to be blended, but I keep sucking down mouthful after mouthful of pure peanut butter. I don't think they even ran it through a blender. So gross. And cost $15. Ridiculous. So annoyed.
