On 11/13 at around 1330 hours, I ordered a large almond butter health nut smoothie and asked and emphasized 3 times that there was no peanut butter in it. I even stated that my wife was allergic so it was important to make sure. I was reassured it had no peanuts and would be ok. My wife just had an allergic reaction to it… I called to let them know and to try to get a refund at least and they didn’t answer and their mailbox was full.
I visited today and pre ordered for pickup at 1245. I showed up ar 1254 and my order wasn't even started. Then after waiting 5 minutes while he made my order another person said it had been sitting in the freezer. Last week I ordered in store and my order was missing two items that I was of course charged for. for chai seed pudding ot cocoa nibs on top. I love this place and the options but service isn't great.

I keep coming back because I do love the food/potions here. There is definitely a lack of training. I order ahead from app 90% of the time and I live about 10 minutes away. Not once have I arrived and order is ready. Each time I tell them I “here for online order pickup” and they haven’t even started my order. Half the time I’m the only customer in there. It’s really frustrating.

I mentioned an order I had made previously which I was charged for and when I arrived to pick up my order I found the location closed due to staffing issues. They were very apologetic and took down my name and number for the owner.

Delicious bowls! Be patient as sometimes only one person is working...I order ahead, but it is still usually not ready. BUT...worth the wait. Try them...glad they came to Billings!
