The drinks are amazing and the people who make them are great. It’s just that when you come into the store, you have to stand at the counter forever before someone even says hi. I mean all they gotta do is say hi will be right with you or something.

Your online ordering was open and let me order even though you were closed. I called before I placed an order to see if you put your hours on your voicemail or ANYWHERE! But you did not. The app said my order was complete so I drove to Nektar to only find out it was closed and I have a pending charge.

I've wasted so many trips to this place. I order online and drive there (about a 12-15 min drive) and order is never ready 90% of the time or I get there and what I ordered they don't have. Today, again, was one of those days. Pumpkin Chia pudding was not available. So I had to wait while they made a berry chia pudding. I got home and there was no agave on top of the acai bowl. I can't win at this place!
