The service and products from Nekter are always excellent! The employees know me by first name and they even know my order. They are friendly, efficient and get my order right every time. This is a hard-working group of young people that go out of their way to deliver excellence. Glad to know Customer Service is alive and well at Nekter! Well done Nekter management for hiring and retaining such qualified staff and for serving high-quality products. I primarily get the protein power bowl or the health nut smoothie. I have referred several people that are now frequent customers. I love the reward system of accumulating points to redeem later. I also love when you feature specials such as today. I got a buy one bowl and get one half off special. Very good business model!

I am bummed that you charge for extra banana now. I like being able to add pineapple, mango, strawberry, ginger, and extra blueberries and bananas while subbing acai for pitaya without an extra charge. The more things I have to pay for to add to the drink, the fewer times I'll end up coming in.

The quality isn’t consistent. Some times my açaí bowl is filled to the brim but has zero flavor. For the price, I’d try another açaí bowl shop for quality flavor.

Love the wide selection of menu options! I have tried their smoothies, açaí bowls, and juices. All are delicious! The staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful if you have any questions about their menu items. I appreciate the great customer service!
Acai bowl was not good at all. The acai was very runny. Banana was soggy. Granola was very cheap tasting. These are not acai bowls. Worst $12 ever spent.
We really enjoyed our acai bowls from Nekter. The serving size was just right and there was enough toppings. The service is great too, everyone we encountered were pleasant!
My mobile order was not ready on time and the smoothly part of my bowl was quite liquidy.

The bowl was good, but not great. I ordered the same bowl at a different location a few days prior and both were different, even though it was supposed to be the same. That being said, the bowl was still good, just not what I was expecting.
