I'm new to Nekter and I've really liked both of the items (bowls) I've had to date.

I placed an online order. I came for my pick up time which was estimated to be 25 minutes. I came and still had to wait almost 40 minutes for 2 bowls to be made. The staff did not acknowledge me for several minutes, did not acknowledge or apologize for the wait. They continued to make orders for people walking in even though we had waited nearly an hour already.

The employees are so kind and know me by name. They are so quick, my order is always ready when I arrive. Exceptional service each time I come in. The employees do a wonderful job at keeping the store clean. The create your own bowl option is my new favorite.
