all of my online ordered have been ready on time and done correctly, however recently, i’ve been noticing less fruit and toppings with my bowl when i’m paying for extra.

I come here often because I enjoy the smoothies, bowls, and waffles. The food is always excellent. The service is friendly and fast. I always recommend Nekter. My husband enjoys it too.

Friendly employees and always great smoothies and bowls!

The service is very good, and the place is always clean and well organized. However, the açaí bowl is disappointing. It doesn’t taste like real açaí at all and is very far from the authentic flavor you’d expect from Brazilian açaí.

Order for pickup was ready when I arrived (earlier then estimated), employees up front were friendly, and bowl was delicious and modified exactly how I ordered it to be.

Raspberry smoothie bowl was great. However the raspberries on top were frozen.

On multiple occasions, we have paid for additional toppings, and not received them. It makes me concerned that the additional cost for pea protein that we pay each time is not actually being added to the bowl either.

Great! You really have some of the best açaí bowls!! And your employees are friendly and helpful!!!

I really love the easy online ordering process. Pick up is also always a breeze and staff always prompt and friendly. I only gave an 8 instead of higher for today only as the bananas topping the bowl were a bit past their prime. I’ll still be back to try again as all previous times the fruit toppings have been very fresh.
