This is my neighborhood Nektar, so I frequent it. And, unfortunately, every time I order from here they get something wrong. This last time they were kind about correcting the mistakes, but I wish the mistakes hadn’t been made in the first place. Especially since this was probably my fifth order where they messed something up.

I love an Açaí bowl and you do a great job making them delicious! I was a little disappointed this time as I order the Açaí mango bowl with immunity boost and when I got home to eat it I did not get the boost or the coconut that’s supposed to be on top. Hopefully next time my order will be right 😊

Mobile ordered 20 mins ahead by the time I got there, they were barely starting my order with no one in line and one person waiting for their order, I don't understand why I took them 20 mins to get to my order. I had to wait an additional time, what is the point in offering a mobile order option?
