I ordered my 3-day cleanse one day prior. I showed up to the Nektar bar 30 min prior to my pickup time. I let the register young lady know I was there to pick up a cleanse I ordered the day prior, she had no idea of my order, so she asked her co-worker who also had no idea of my order. They asked to see my email confirmation twice. After they discussed among themselves, they told me it would take 10 min to pack. After 20 minutes and nobody else in the store I asked if I could have my order which was already paid for, I was told I had to wait because they had customers before me. I said I paid for my order yesterday and I was told it would be put together in 10 minutes. I told her I would put my own order together if she was unwilling. At no point did she communicate to me that I would have to wait till the exact pickup time before they would begin to put my order together. It took her 3 minutes to put my 3-day cleanse together. All this could have been avoided with a little communication. Instead, I received poor customer service/attitude. Will never come back to this store again! Pay too much money to receive bad customer service.
