Every time I order the protein bowl it tastes different, sometimes great and sometimes not so much. That is the reason for the 7. If it can be consistently great, then it would higher.

I asked for certain ingredients to be removed from my bowl, and those particular ingredients were still in the bowl. This item was not edible for me.
If I can return it, I would but the place is closed now.

I placed an order online. Food was ready when I got to the store. The employee on duty was very nice and provided great and efficient service. It was my first time ordering at Nekter. The acaii bowl was delicious however the peanut butter and chocolate smoothie was not. I was not able to drink it. But I did enjoy the bowl very much.

Can the owner of this location please tell me how your staff doesn’t know how to sell the gift cards that are on promotion for the holidays? I’m sorry, this should be taught when you hire someone.
Sadly , your store lost out on making an extra 100 bucks , because the young men running your store had no idea how to do this !

My experience is good, however the price is way too too high. I payed $11 for a smoothie, that is crazy. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
