Not a good experience. Placed an order online and got there about 10 mins after. Order was not ready and waited 30 more mins and the order was still not ready I had to leave without my order although I had already paid for it since I was late for an appointment

The staff is always lovely when I visit a store. The employee working there yesterday afternoon even put my smoothie in the fridge to keep it cold. Small details like that really make them stand out :)

We have tried this place several times during the weekend. Our order is late every time. The female employee we have experienced seems to work at a much slower pace compared to the estimated time of completion for the order. Please calibrate the time to accurately reflect how long it will take for one individual to complete the order or add staff. Thank you

The worker is amazing. But 1 person working alone on 10 orders is atrocious. Please have at least two workers at the same time. There is always one person juggling the cash register and drinks….
The drinks were made perfectly, but waiting 40 minutes for a drink is insane. It is definitely not the workers fault. Whoever is the manager of the store needs to put 2 people at once ESPECIALLY during rush hour.
We ordered our drink at 12:40pm, didn’t receive it til 1:48pm. The poor worker had so many orders I felt bad for him.

I love the smoothies at Nekter Juice Bar. They’re fresh, delicious and packed with a bunch of flavor. The variety of options makes it easy to find something that hits the spot every time. However, my experience with the service has been frustrating lately.
The staff is great. They’re kind and often times will greet you with a smile. Lately they seem overwhelmed and understaffed, leading to significant delays. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait anywhere from 15-45 minutes for 1 smoothie. What’s most frustrating is that there’s no rarely any communication about the wait time, leaving me standing around without a clear idea of when my order will be ready.
While the quality of the smoothies keeps me coming back, the lack of efficiency and transparency in service has made me think twice. I really hope management addresses this issue soon, I’d like for Nekter Juice Bar to continue being my go-to spot without the stress of long, unexplained waits.
