I love getting your food as a treat! However yesterday my bowl was only half full and the sales person had a full other container with the other half of the açaí bowl portion. Perhaps it’s corporate mandate but the bowl felt very light - get smaller bowls if that is in fact the case.

Ordered for the first time using the website. Store said they never received the order so the drinks were not ready. One of the drinks had so much ice that the drink was consumed instantly. The other drink was only filled 3/4 full and had zero taste. It was really bad. Super bummed because we were excited to try Nekter out.
