I just drove 30 minutes out of the way on my commute to find the doors locked when they are supposed to be open. It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I love Nékter and this crew and location is giving them a bad name.
I placed my order through the app, when I arrived I was told you are out of celery, which is what I ordered. Why couldn’t someone have called to tell me you were out? Frustrating waste of time as I made a special trip to go pick it up.
