I often order my bowl online and pickup in the store. I appreciate that it's kept in a freezer until I arrive so it doesn't melt. But often when I arrive, there is no one near the counter to even check if it's ready and no one comes over for quite some time. I dont want to feel like I'm putting pressure and I also don't know where to stand, especially when people who ordered in the store are also waiting.
And as many have noted in Google feedback, the bowls seem to be smaller than they used to be. Which portion wise, I think is fine but the price also went up.

All the time is good, but this last time my drinks wasn’t good, I ordered two green apple detox and they tasted like water blended with kale. 😖

The staff was very busy, greeting everyone upon entering. Polite, getting to you as fast as possible. Though it was a wait, it was not a bother as the staff was on top of things communicating and the attmospher pleasant. Taking a moment to great the cusyomer upon entering and saying be write with you makes all the difference, it is very appreciated and great Customer service.
