I had a very positive experience. The bowl I ordered was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

It was great. Best smoothie bowl I've had in awhile, I needed it! Made right on time!

I received the Nekter juice cleanse offer and was NOT able to order online. I went in to see how to get a 2 day cleanse. They are not able to honor the offer??? Supply chain issue??? maybe you can send me a separate offer. on another note: I typically order a superfood bowl. The last one was very watery tasting for a $12 bowl with no flavor is disa pointing. The Immunity Bowl I got today was better. Still not happy about spending that much and NOT enjoying it - Did they leave something out? I am nervous to order again.

My daughter loves the acai bowls from Nekter.

Went in to order a pb bowl and asked for pollen and it was not added. I also ordered a protein bowl and asked for pineapple and mango into the blend and there was none. The presentation of the bowls were subpar, the fruits looked old and brown on the apples and bananas. I tried getting the buy 1 get 1 half off code scanned and I was assured it was applied and it was not. I didn’t notice the blend until I got home and ate it later on. I have worked as a server at nekter in Ca and would never have served the bowls wrong or in the presentation with old looking fruits, not sure if I will return.

Never disappointed! My go to is the protein bowl and every time it looks as good or even better than advertised and tastes even better!

So sad to write this. This is was our GO TO spot for my family. Today we got runny bowls with a sprinkle of garnola on top and 5 blueberries. I'm not being dramatic. It was gross and terrible service. I'm not sure what happened but we are sad to see it. For the price of a bowl that's 1/2 full and runny - just too bad.

I WAS a regular customer until I waited an hour for a bowl (while customers that had come in behind me got their orders before me and I watched my smoothie melt on the counter), only to receive a bowl consisting of a near water consistency smoothie and brown banana and apple toppings that only filled the container up halfway. After an hour? No way. I voiced my issues with them and only received rudeness in return and I wasn’t about to wait another hour for them to make me another one. Unfortunately I won’t be going back, if I could give 0 stars I would.
