I love Nekter! I just had a bad experience last time I went. I placed a mobile order and it wasn’t ready when I arrived which wasn’t too big of a deal. After my food was made I was never made aware of it, although I had announced I was there and I spent over half an hour waiting to get my food and running late because of it. The bowl was yummy, just didn’t have the time to eat it right away.

Watching workers walk around and not say welcome in or offer help was a little off putting. Great smoothies and bowls. It would be nice to have access to napkins or at least be offered one.

The bowls are getting smaller as prices go up! I get it but they are not even filling the bowl now with prices now $11.55 from 9.75

My bowl was not blended. Half of the frozen fruit was still whole and fully frozen.

6/13/22 Update: Tried the Pink Flamingo for lunch today. It was delicious, although it took forever to get my order because it was lunch time so there were several people ahead of me in line (which I pretty much expected would be the case). Plus the two girls at the front stood there and debated with the guy working the register for nearly 10 mins on which drink they each wanted. I mean, seriously? If you haven’t made up your mind by the time you make it all the way up to the counter and there is a long line behind you, kindly step to the side and let some other people go ahead and place their orders until you’ve finally made your decision so that the line keeps moving and doesn’t bottleneck due to your indecisiveness. Fortunately I wasn’t in a huge rush, but the other people in line looked like they were, and it was seriously all I could do not to speak up and say something to both of them. But maybe that’s just the Southern sassiness in me coming out ;) Anyways, overall I’d still rank it a 4-star experience (inconsiderate/oblivious counter hogs aside), and I will likely be back again at some point in the future… Just maybe not at lunch time. — Original review: I have been here twice now to grab a smoothie for a quick lunch, and both drinks were equally delicious. It’s definitely not on the cheap side, but I think that’s to be expected for anything fresh. I’d love to come in and try one of their Açaí bowls one day soon. The staff is always pleasant to interact with, and the wait isn’t ever too long. But be prepared to be overwhelmed by the plethora of add-ins that you can use to power-up your smoothie (for an extra fee, of course). Do you want protein, bee pollen, spirulina, collagen? Uhhhh…. I guess I’ll have some Protein? Alright, will that be whey or pea? Wait, what? I just wanted a simple smoothie. Just give me my banana and mango. That’s all I want. Way too many decisions on not enough sleep. Maybe next time I should have some more coffee before I come here. Overall, great place for a quick refuel, just know what you want before you head in or your head’s going to spin.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered my bowl without chia seeds, and I get them every time. I don't think I'll go back.

I submitted a mobile order so there wasn't much for employees to do. I rolled up to the pickup window, they asked my name, and got my bowl out of the freezer/fridge. It was the perfect temp and not melty at all!

I went here once with my daughters, we got a bowl and it was really good. Since then I’ve tried to go three other times after work. I get there at 4:09 PM since it says on the door and online that they are open until 5 PM. But each time that I’ve gone in it’s been a different person working there and they have each been more rude than the last. This last time the guy was so rude that I left and decided to write a review which I never do. Apparently they were closing early again at 4 o’clock. They’ve closed early every time I’ve tried to go. I think that it’s time that they change the hours of their store to say that it closes at 4 o’clock online and on the door or they could just tell their customers in a kind way that they now close at 4 o’clock instead of yelling. The customer service is horrible and they are never open. Definitely not going back.

Very inconsistent results using the Nektar app. I just arrived to pick up my confirmed mobile order (about 10min after confirmation stated ready time) and wasn't ready and staff were confused about what happened. This has happened more than once which has been frustrating. I feel stuck because I already paid but I also have an appt at 920a that I need to get to too and now will Be late to bc im waiting for my bowl to be completed
