Wrong order prepared for pick up. Person used gloves for register then prepared my bowl.

My bowl was excellent! I was greeted promptly by a smiling face and served my order quickly.

The bowl was made incorrectly. The peanut butter bowl base was missing peanut butter. Cashier didn’t seem to care. He did make me a new one

My juices has no ice when I ordered it with ice and had no ginger when I ordered and paid for added ginger. The bowls or not of the normal good quality.

I love getting your food as a treat! However yesterday my bowl was only half full and the sales person had a full other container with the other half of the açaí bowl portion. Perhaps it’s corporate mandate but the bowl felt very light - get smaller bowls if that is in fact the case.

Overall good service, but portion and quality of Bowl was not good :(

I did an online order, I was given the wrong bowl and she argued with me that I was wrong

I often order my bowl online and pickup in the store. I appreciate that it's kept in a freezer until I arrive so it doesn't melt. But often when I arrive, there is no one near the counter to even check if it's ready and no one comes over for quite some time. I dont want to feel like I'm putting pressure and I also don't know where to stand, especially when people who ordered in the store are also waiting. And as many have noted in Google feedback, the bowls seem to be smaller than they used to be. Which portion wise, I think is fine but the price also went up.

They make the best healthy and nutritious smoothies!! I love that their staff is so welcoming and sweet. Definitely stop by there and grab some yummy drinks or bowls! 100% my favorite place to go after work 😊. I recommend the pink flamingo smoothie, it's a must have!

Drove 20+ minutes to get here and received Messed up bowls with ingredients I could not eat, tried but they were without flavor and watery. Two visits both messed up. And no customer service response. Respond only via email not with links that do not open

Juicy juice and more juices. I have never been one to enjoy pressed veggies and fruits. Perhaps it’s the green nightmares of childhood when mom made frozen peas constantly that has me a bit hesitant. Or the flavor…either I suppose. Here is what makes Nekter so amazing for me. The options are incredible. If you don’t want to be ultra healthy, try the cold brew smoothie. Or my favorite, Mango delight. If juice is what you prefer, they offer a ton of detox options plus nutrient rich drinks that are really delicious. The Recovery with beets is hands down a go to. Or, if hungry, the Açaí bowls are incredible delicious. I would have never known, but my wife and I wanted to do a juice cleanse detox, and found the Classic 3 day to me was not only achievable, but super filling and tasty. The health benefits, the tasty options, clean store and helpful staff…and most of all, the fresh and clean ingredients to make your body happy.

Not well today. Service great. 2 of 3 smoothie bowls were good 1 looked like it was eaten out of and alot less than the other two which did not help the appearance. It also had soggy granola in it and I asked for no granola in it. Possible someone tried to remove the grinolla but I'm sorry that's disgusting. Because it appeared that someone had eaten out of it like with the spoon scrapes up the side and such it went in the garbage because I couldn't bring myself to eat it. So I treated 2 coworkers but I had none myself. Be great to have this replaced. My previous experience with your establishment was much better

Great service from the store however, the App states the Pea Protein is not available on the Açaí superfood bowl but it can be added as an additional $1.00 charge so I keep getting charged an extra fee for each order for the last several orders.

My fruit bowl was great as always and I had an easy order online as well as pick-up experience.
